The front desk was very efficient and Maria, especially, has been helpful getting me settled as a new patient. Dr. Kuhlman made me feel totally comfortable, not rushed at all. He did all the testing of my eyes himself. I felt that helped him to see any problems firsthand.

It was a pleasant experience. From the check in to the check out. Meeting Dr. Davis for the first time was comforting and gave me a feeling of competence. He took his time and listened to my explanation of my Retina surgeries and my hopes of improving my eyesight thru the use of glasses… for the first time since the surgeries over 3 years ago. My highest regards to his professional attitude and his caring feelings. Not a usual feeling these busy days.

If you wear glasses, you know they are more than glasses, they are a fashion accessory. I had a pair of Prada frames that I loved for years, but they were too old to have new lenses. I visited all the usual places for high end frames in Cincinnati, but couldn’t find any I liked more than my Prada frames. That was until I met Simona, at Innovative Vision who helped me pick out some fabulous new frames. Not one pair, but two! They have the most unique frames in town, from Italy, France, and more! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

My new best friend is Simona Lunken, LDO. Last week she was able to work behind the scenes and secure me a full credit for glasses i had purchased in August but didn’t like the frames as they were too heavy and conflicted with my hearing aids . She was able to return the frames, order a new lens to fit another frame i chose. Her efforts resulted in my leaving in in less than a half hour and once again happy with Innovation Vision!
